For pilgrims

Ziyaarat is a comparison marketplace. We do not operate the Hajj or Umrah tours ourselves.
Prices, hotels, dates and inclusions are published by the operator. Confirm them with the operator before you pay.
A listing is not a recommendation, ranking of religious suitability, or guarantee of a seat, visa, or hotel.
Payments you make are between you and the operator, unless a future checkout on Ziyaarat says otherwise.
We store the contact details you submit so operators on a paid plan can respond, as described in the privacy notice.

You are an independent travel seller. Ziyaarat does not employ you or take custody of pilgrim funds.
You are responsible for the truth of your licence, prices, hotels, photos, reviews and videos.
A published package stays as it is until an amendment is approved. Do not collect money for a change that is still in review.
Pilgrim names, emails and phone numbers are shared only within your plan limit, and only so you can respond to their interest.
You must not spam those contacts or sell them onward. Misuse can suspend the listing.

Questions go through the contact page. This page is not a consumer contract, a tax invoice, or a Hajj quota allocation.
