For travellers

• Ziyaarat is a comparison marketplace. We do not operate the Hajj or Umrah tours ourselves.
• Prices, hotels, dates and inclusions are published by the operator. Confirm them with the operator before you pay.
• A listing is not a recommendation, ranking of religious suitability, or guarantee of a seat, visa, or hotel.
• Payments you make are between you and the operator, unless a future checkout on Ziyaarat says otherwise.
• We store the contact details you submit so operators on a paid plan can respond, as described in the privacy notice.
• After you contact an operator, your booking is with that operator. Ziyaarat is not liable for what happens next.

Documents an operator must provide

• A current Hajj, Umrah or tourism trade licence in the company name.
• Tax registration, such as GST, in the company name.
• Company registration, or the owner's identity proof if they trade in their own name.
• Photo identity of the person who signs this agreement.
• Proof of the office address that will be shown to travellers.
• This operator agreement, signed inside Ziyaarat by that authorised person.

Operator agreement

1. 1. Ziyaarat only compares packages

   Ziyaarat lists and compares Hajj and Umrah packages. The operator sells the tour. Ziyaarat does not run the pilgrimage, hold pilgrim money, or issue visas.

2. 2. The operator is responsible for the tour

   The operator is responsible for the licence, the truth of every price, hotel, date and photo, the booking, refunds, and the conduct of their staff.

3. 3. No liability after a traveller makes contact

   Once a traveller contacts the operator, by phone, WhatsApp, callback, email or any other means, any later booking or payment is only between that traveller and the operator. To the extent the law allows, Ziyaarat and its owner are not liable for loss, injury, delay, disappointment or any other damage arising after that contact.

4. 4. The listing can be ended

   Ziyaarat may suspend or end the agreement and the listing at any time, including for a failed licence check, a misleading package, misuse of pilgrim contacts, or non-payment.

5. 5. Paid time runs to the end of the period

   If the agreement or the subscription is ended, the listing and the paid features stay available until the end of the period the operator has already paid for. Unused days in that period are not refunded. After that date the listing comes down.

6. 6. Pilgrim contacts stay with the operator

   Names and phone numbers shared under the subscription are only for answering that traveller. The operator must not sell them onward or use them for unrelated marketing.

7. 7. How this is signed

   Typing the authorised signatory's full legal name and accepting this version is the signature. Ziyaarat stores the name, the email, the version and the time.
